Description

This report will provide you with the previous 12 months from the selected date, showing product performance on a month by month basis. 

Filters

Name	Example	Description
Year End Date	2025-01-01	This is the date the report will work back from. If you do not set, it will default to the current date.

Output

Column	Description
Make	The manufacturer of the product.
ModelNo	The model number for the product.
Department	The products' department.
CurrentRetailPrice	The current lowest active retail price for the product, regardless of report dates.
CurrentCostPrice	The current lowest active cost price for the product, regardless of report dates.
LastSold	The date this product was last sold.
Created	The date the product was created.
FreeStock	The amout of stock available to sell today.
[Month][Year]	The columns for the previous 12 months from the starting report date, each showing the amount sold during that month.
SoldThisYear	How many you have sold in the current year, regardless of report dates.
TotalSold	The total amount sold of this product across all time.
TotalRetailInc	The total retail price, including VAT, for the products sold in the report date range.
TotalRetailEx	The total retail price, excluding VAT, for the products sold in the report date range.
TotalCostEx	The total cost price, excluding VAT, for the products sold in the report date range.
Margin	The raw margin value for the totals for the period.
Margin%	The margin as a percentage for the totals for the period.
Markup%	The markup as a percentage for the totals for the period.
ProductAge	The age in months for the product.
